My name is Lynne Barletta and I am the founder of U-ACT… United Against Child Trafficking in 2024. Also I founded an award winning Visionary School of Arts in 2010 for children ages 4 to 18. These children are the most creative leaders in our community, and I am incredibly proud of them and of our staff. I have worked with children and written curriculum for leadership, at risk kids. and traumatized children for 30 years. personally, with my husband Tony, we have raised 4 boys and have 4 grandchildren. We have pastored Visionary Church together for 20 years.
IN 2015 I got this call from God to save children from the fastest growing crime in the world… child trafficking.

United Against Child Trafficking (U-ACT) is committed to protecting children by addressing the growing threats of trafficking, online exploitation, grooming, and sextortion through prevention-focused education and community engagement. We believe the most effective way to combat child trafficking is to equip those closest to children parents, educators, faith leaders, youth mentors, and community organizations with the tools to recognize risk factors and take informed action. Through evidence-based educational resources, awareness campaigns, and collaborative partnerships, U-ACT works to close the gaps traffickers exploit. Our programs emphasize digital safety, healthy boundaries, and early intervention strategies that empower children and teens to protect themselves both online and offline. We also support schools and organizations by providing age-appropriate materials that foster safe conversations and long-term resilience.Child trafficking is a global crisis that requires a unified response. U-ACT brings together individuals, nonprofits, educators, and advocates who share a common goal: ending child exploitation through knowledge, vigilance, and collective action. By raising awareness and strengthening prevention efforts, we help create safer communities where children can thrive free from exploitation and fear.
